Mike Jackman

Chief Executive Officer
Mike Jackman is the Chief Executive Officer of 3DR Labs. 
 
Mr. Jackman began his career as a software engineer and spent the better part of the last 3 decades in the medical imaging space. He has served in senior leadership roles – President, CEO, COO, and CTO for some of most recognized medical imaging companies including Kodak Health IT, Carestream Health IT (acquired by Phillips), Mach7 Technologies and GE Healthcare IT. Additionally, he brings leadership experience to the role, having most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of Leidos Health Group,(NYSE: LDOS).  Mike started his career at IBM ,in hardware and software and held several leadership positions. Mr. Jackman holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from University of Rhode Island, and an MBA in Business Administration from Nova University.
 
He continues to serve on the boards of Dedalus, Optimum Healthcare IT, and Nanox.

Dave Levine

Chief Operating Officer

David Levine is the Chief Operating Officer for 3DR Labs, the largest, most advanced and respected 3D medical post-processing lab in the nation.

Prior to his role at 3DR, Mr. Levine was a Client Account Lead at Accumen managing local operations teams supporting several large health system engagements. David was responsible for driving laboratory excellence by orchestrating resources in Clinical Laboratory Operations, Operational Excellence, Patient Blood Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Information Technology to deliver value and quantifiable results through strategic leadership, delivery execution and relationship management.

Mr. Levine previously held various positions over a 22-year period at TechSolve, a process improvement consulting and implementation firm. Most recently he was responsible for leading and growing the healthcare consulting practice. Before that, he led multiple consulting practices in different industries such as, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense and Local Government.

Early in his career, Mr. Levine worked as an Industrial Engineer in the transportation industry for YRC specializing in distribution and logistics where he successfully led a re-engineering project at the largest distribution center in the company.

David has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and earned his MBA from Xavier University. He has a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from General Electric and Lean Certifications from the University of Kentucky and University of Tennessee. He is also certified as a Professional Business Advisor and serves on the Xavier University Health Services Advisory Board.

Robert Falk

Founder, Managing Director,
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Falk has been a practicing radiologist in Louisville, Kentucky since 1987.  He completed his medical training, including medical school, internship, radiology residency and neuroradiology fellowship at The Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

In addition to an interest in Neuroradiology, he has expertise in body imaging, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular disease, and advanced 3D image manipulation.

Dr. Falk is past president of the Jewish Hospital Medical Staff and former vice chair of the Jewish Hospital Healthcare Services Board of Trustees.  He has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of The Physicians Incorporated in Louisville, and as the physician representative for Jewish Hospital to The Leadership Institute.

Dr. Falk founded 3DR in 2005 and still maintains a busy private practice while devoting more and more time to building 3DR.

George Ellis

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ellis has served as the Chief Financial Officer of 3DR and its predecessor company, since November 2020. From 2015 through 2020, Mr. Ellis was a Managing Director in the healthcare practice of Huron Consulting, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Ellis served as the Chief Financial Officer of Studer Group, a private equity-backed healthcare consulting firm, from September 2011 to February 2015. From July 2006 to August 2011, Mr. Ellis served as the Chief Financial Officer of Global 360, Inc., a software development company. Mr. Ellis has also served in several capacities at Softbrands, Inc., a software developer and provider of related professional services, including as a member of its board of directors from October 2001 to August 2009, as Chairman from October 2001 to June 2006, and as Chief Executive Officer from October 2001 to January 2006. Mr. Ellis served on the board of directors of NEON Systems, Inc. from January 2000 to December 2005, PeopleSupport, Inc. from October 2004 to October 2008, and Blackbaud, Inc. from March 2006 to June 2024. He also served as a director of AremisSoft Corp. from April 1999 until February 2001 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AremisSoft from October 2001 to July 2002. Previously, Mr. Ellis served as Chief Financial Officer of Sterling Software, Inc., Chief Financial Officer and founder of Sterling Commerce, Inc., a spin-off of Sterling Software, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Communities Foundation of Texas. Mr. Ellis is a Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Ellis is a board fellow with NACD and is certified in Cyber Security for Board Members through NACD.

Mr. Ellis holds a B.S. degree from Texas Tech University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Jef Williams

General Manager, Strings

Jef Williams is the General Manager of Strings, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and medical imaging. With a background as a consultant, corporate manager, and executive, Jef has built a career shaped by both successes and challenges—each contributing to his growth as an industry leader and trusted expert. 
 
Before co-founding a successful consulting firm that ultimately launched Strings, Jef served as Chief Operating Officer of a large consulting company. He has published nearly 50 articles on imaging, technical strategies, and industry innovation, establishing himself as a recognized thought leader in the field.

Kelli Payne-Gibson

Vice President of Client Experience

Kelli Payne-Gibson is the Vice President of Client Experience. She partners with fellow members of leadership across the organization to put our customers’ needs at the forefront of our daily operations.

Kelli has a strong bias for patient care—keeping customers and patients at the center of everything she does are her top priorities. Kelli has over 15 years of experience in clinical radiology, workflow, and product development. She has worked her entire career as a liaison between physicians and operations resulting in successful expansion and implementation of radiology services and overall physician satisfaction.

Kelli has her Associates of Arts and Sciences degree and is a licensed and ARRT® certified and registered volumetric technologist. She has successfully completed a program through Rutgers University in Healthcare Organization Operations and is currently working towards her Lean Six Sigma certification.

Ashton Peregoy

Vice President of Business Development

Ashton Peregoy serves as 3DR Labs’ Vice President of Business Development. She has over 15 years of experience in the imaging industry, having worked on the patient care side, administering 3D post-processing, and managing client implementation. Her primary role includes selling and further developing customer utilization of 3DR’s post-processing solution as well as working closely with the Client Experience Team to cultivate organic growth of 3DR’s services. 

Ashton earned her Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Midway University and holds an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Imaging. She received her certificate in volumetric medical imaging and is an ARRT® certified and registered Radiology Technologist. She is dedicated to impacting healthcare by bringing high-quality advanced visualization to radiology departments across the country.

Stephanie Hosbrook

Vice President of Operations

Stephanie Hosbrook serves as the Vice President of Operations at 3DR Labs. Previously, she served as a Senior Operations Manager at Accumen and as a Lab Operations Manager at UC Health. Stephanie received her BS in Biochemistry from Clemson University and her AS in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.

Stephanie works to provide operational optimization and scalability to meet the growing demands of the industry.  She has a strong bias for patient care and collaborates with members of leadership across the organization to continue to prioritize the needs of the patients.  Stephanie is dedicated to providing exceptional service within operations to better serve healthcare.

Christy Mutchler

Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

Mrs. Mutchler has more than 25 years’ experience in Radiologic Technology. She is a registered technologist in both Radiology and Computed Tomography. Christy received her Associates degree in Radiologic Technology at the University of Louisville as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine.

Once completing her degrees, Christy spent the next 14 years at the University of Louisville Hospital where she was trained in Cat Scan and 3D applications. She also gained over 20 years of clinical experience at KentuckyOne Health Jewish Hospital for 20 years, including 8 years in MRI. Interestingly, she is a part of a team that also provides emergency treatment for sports injuries at college sporting events and Christy was and is one of the team members continues to provide emergency diagnostic services at these events through the contracted medical institution.

Christy was an associate professor in the Radiologic Technology Program at the University of Louisville and helped in their transition to the Jefferson Community College radiology program. Most importantly, because of this diverse and well-rounded experience, Christy brings a unique perspective to 3DR with her sincere desire to produce a quality image for the best diagnostic purposes.

John VonderHaar

Vice President of Finance

John VonderHaar serves as the Vice President of Finance for 3DR Labs. His specialties include financial modeling and analytics, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, strategic planning, annual and multi-year business plan development, pricing and margin optimization, brand building, variance analysis, and process improvement. Prior to 3DR Labs, he held positions at UnitedHealth Group, WellCare Health Plans, Humana, and Ernst & Young. John received his BA and his MBA from the University of Louisville.

Amanda Abbott Knox, MA, SHRM-SCP

Vice President, Talent & Culture

Amanda Abbott Knox is a strategic and people-centered executive who believes the heart of every successful organization is its people. With over two decades experience in sectors that include healthcare, non-profit, manufacturing, contact center, and private equity-owned businesses, Amanda has built a career aligning business strategy, advancements in technology, and human potential to drive sustainable growth.

Amanda leads the human capital strategy for 3DR Labs with a fully remote workforce spanning 34 states. She has successfully guided multiple projects and integrations of various types. Her experience ensures seamless cultural integration and talent alignment. Amanda is known for her ability to make the complex simple. Her approach blends clarity, empathy, and structure, enabling organizations to navigate change with confidence. Amanda is a trusted partner to both employees and executives. She is passionate about lifting others, fostering high-performing teams, and championing a united, thriving culture. For Amanda, continuous improvement isn’t just a value, it’s how she leads.
